Putin changes the organization of his Navy to the old [ANALIZA]

Despite the war being waged, or possibly in its effect, president Vladimir Putin is profoundly reforming the structure of my own Armed Forces. The changes, or actually the return to the old ones, will not miss and the Russian Navy.
