Putin "buys" India for $13 billion

Before Putin's aggression on Ukraine, India imported minimal amounts of Russian oil. But since the Russians kill, rape, maim the Ukrainians, plunder and destruct the country, India tasted oil from Russia. No reflection, no sense of decency, no shame.
