Empty bottles for the pharmacy? Ministry responds to storm

"No pharmacy will collect empty bottles" - provided deputy climate minister Anita Sowińska. This is simply a consequence to the controversy surrounding the introduction of a bailout strategy in Poland. It's expected to start on 1 October.
