The government in Moscow has sent a formal diplomatic note to Washington demanding an end to the pursuit of a tanker that was sailing towards Venezuela and is presently fleeing from the U.S. Coast defender in the Atlantic, the fresh York Times reported on Thursday, citing 2 people acquainted with the matter.
