Purges in Russia. Unofficially: Gen. Surowikin arrested

“General Armageddon”, or Sergei Surovikin, erstwhile commander-in-chief of the invasion troops in Ukraine and head of the Air and Space Forces of the Russian Federation was to be arrested. Surovikin is described as politically associated with Evgeny Prigozhin. During the coup, Surovikin recorded a call to the Wagnerians to end the revolt.
