Public execution in the United States. "Form of torture"

The United Nations Human Rights Office has estimated that the US broadcast of Hassan's execution would be of a public nature and would so violate the absolute ban on torture. As reported by AFP, the Pentagon designated the execution squad to execute on December 3 at Fort Hood, Texas.
