The deficit in public finances was 6.6% of GDP in 2024

It is already known which sector of the state had the largest deficit in the past year – government and government institutions, which were as much as 6.7 percent of GDP on the downside. Local governments had a slight surplus and insurance funds reported only a slight shortage.
