Dogs released from chains? fresh regulations on the completion of work in the Sejm

Most Members will support the bill prohibiting dogs from being trapped - found out by RMF FM reporter Kacper Wróblewski. The Sejm is working on government that introduces the work to build cots with a minimum surface depending on the size of the dog.
