The PSL submits a task to set up an army backing fund with no drawbacks of the presidential task – said the president of this party, Deputy Prime Minister, head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. The project, specified as the parliamentary initiative, provides for the usage of additional funds besides for the Ministry of abroad Affairs services, confers the right of decision on the government, not on the representatives of the President.
