Will divorce be possible without a court? This script was envisaged by the draft amendment of the household and Care Code prepared by the Ministry of Justice. nevertheless – which is not an exaggeration – simplification in divorce procedures is opposed by the Ministry of National Defence and another ministries subject to the Polish People's Party. The case was referred to by Vice-Marszalkini of the legislature Magdalena Biejat, harshly criticizing Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, who himself is simply a divorcee.
