The Constitutional Court is getting hot again. This time it is about the announced vows of the judges of the TK in the Sejm building, without the participation of the President. The President's office leaves no doubt: specified a script has no legal basis. In the background is simply a dispute over 4 people chosen by the Sejm and the question of who in the state has the last word. The position on behalf of the head of state was presented by KPRP Head Zbigniew Bogucki. The paper is long, sometimes hard in tone. But the message comes down to 1 thing: without the president there is no effective vow. The oath only to the president of the Court of Justice concerns the explanation of Article 4 of the Act of 30 November 2016 on the position of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal.
