Future repair: from eco-design to repair as a service

Even a fewer years ago, it was natural for broken equipment to be repaired. Today, a fast exchange of a telephone or toaster for a fresh 1 seems simpler and more comfortable. But the planet is changing – resources are coming to an end, and the European Union is pushing producers to make permanent, repairable and environmentally friendly devices.
