Aren't the TK judges coming? Święczkowski responds to planned budget cuts

On Friday, the Sejm will decide on the final state budget for 2026. On Thursday, the Sejm's committee endorsed the cuts in TK and the fresh KRS. "This will prevent the full payment of remuneration to the fresh judges of the Constitutional Tribunal", warned the talker of the Sejm, Bogdan Święczkowski.
