It began with a standard press briefing, during which Marcin Przycz referred to the issue of inviting Poland as an observer to the G20 summit in Miami. The presidential minister turned over his shoulder to make certain he actually heard the national song. "Hymn plays, ladies and gentlemen, the anthem of the Polish Republic. I'm so glad. We should be on the alert," said the handyman. Reporters responded to the amazing situation with laughter.

The situation would most likely have passed without an echo if it had not been for the Polish Radio correspondent Marek Wałkuski, who decided to approach the man playing the Polish anthem from the speaker.

"This is how I present different countries to the world, through music, through national anthems. This is where the planet meets, so why not break the barriers between us and introduce ourselves? And that's what I'm trying to do," explained the stranger.

When the correspondent asked the man why the anthem of Poland, he replied that “God inspired him to do so.” “It was my inspiration. I can't explain it. I was just looking through the list and saying, ‘Play this – Polish’, so I pressed ‘play’,’ he added.
