They were passing illegally across the border. There's an indictment

Nine people – citizens of Ukraine and Poland – will answer to the court for organizing foreigners illegally crossing the east border of Poland – informed the prosecution. The case concerns nearly 55,000 people who crossed the border between 2019 and 2023 on the basis of fraudulent visas.
