Waldemar Biniecki | From June 28th to July 5th, Texas was a delegation of the National Institute of Polonia to the Catholic technological Society of the University of Lublin with professors: Jacek Gołębiowski, Mieczysław Ryba, Przemysław Czarnki (former Minister of Education), Janusz Bienie and Dr. Katarzyna Czarnek, Bartosz Rybak and erstwhile consul-general in fresh York City Adrian Kubicki.
