NSA's landmark ruling on the settlement of electricity relief from RES after reduced excise duty

The exemption from excise work on electricity from RES until 31 December 2018 and covered by the paper confirming the remission of the certificate of its origin obtained after that date shall apply to the change in the rate, i.e. according to the time of supply of energy consumption.
