On Friday, the ultimate Administrative Court repealed the ruling of the Capital Court and the decision refusing to enter in the Polish registry a single-sex matrimony certificate concluded abroad. The head of the civilian position office in Warsaw was obliged to transfer the document. It's a historical settlement.
