In September, the script seemed to be foregone: Simon Holovnia announced that he would resign as president of the organization he himself created. This was not only to be a maturity test for the formation, but besides to open the way for the erstwhile marshal to take on the prestigious function of the UN advanced Commissioner for Refugees. Today, however, communicative changes rapidly, and dreams of Geneva collide with tough politics. There's a clear signal coming from the organization balls: without the Hoard at the helm, the task may lose stability, so global plans must go further.
