Breakdown on NATO associate budgets

"I anticipate that this year 18 NATO members will accomplish the goal of spending at least 2% of GDP on defence" - stated Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg at a press conference at the North Atlantic Alliance office in Brussels on Wednesday.
