U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Head of Cabinet of the president of Ukraine Andrij Jermak said on Sunday in Geneva that they had held the best gathering so far on the end of the war in Ukraine, and both teams are working on changes to the U.S. peace proposal.
