There have been indications that there may be a change in the Belarusian approach to Western countries. Aleksander Lukashenka decided to pardon 52 prisoners, including 14 foreigners and 2 Poles. Moreover, the leader of Belarus is speaking straight about cooperation with Trump. There were besides opportunities to open an American embassy in Minsk.
