“We were sold out”

Children have disability decisions. Asi was granted up to the age of sixteen and David, for the next 3 years. Twins were diagnosed with brain palsy. “David was besides born with an ungrown septum in his heart, he had a tiny hole. Let me give you 1 example: starting the elevator. I knew that erstwhile the kids went to 4th grade, they would have lessons in different rooms. For a year, I reported that Asia just needed that elevator. The director, the mayor, the curator and all the saints knew about it. In August, I was assured that everything would be right. And what did it turn out to be? On the first of September, the elevator was closed, says Jowita.

When Jowita sent a request to our Association for support from the sick kid Fund, a moving letter joined the set of documents. It says that children are a laughing stock in the classroom. They can't go to extracurricular classes either, due to the fact that there are no support teachers. I've been taking it for the last 3 years. Sometimes I wonder how much more we can carry – he adds with sadness. – I frequently tell children that we are arrogant of them. I explain to them that people are different and do not always want to be good for them,” says Jowita. – I emphasize that they are to learn well, that they are no worse than others, that their disability is not their responsibility or punishment for something, says the woman.

Asia is very good at English and mathematics. She likes to learn, she's accurate.
