Transfer of Ukraine MiGs. Who didn't inform the president

On Tuesday, the WP General Staff informed about talks with the Ukrainian side about the transfer of aircraft, stating that the decision had not been made. As an argument in favour of supporting the Ukrainian army with this equipment, SGWP gave exhausting resurses and deficiency of modernization prospects.
