Transfer of MiGów-29 and safety of Poland [COMMENTARZ]

The decision to transfer [MiGow-29](https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiG-29) (NATO code: Fulcrum) has not yet been taken, but talks are being held. Before 2016, Poland had 2 squadrons of MiG-29 front fighters operating in bases in Minsk Mazowiecki and Malbork. In total, there were 32 aircraft which were utilized intensively for Air Police and military exercises.
