Private companies will aid build boomers

The United States Navy has signed an agreement with Hadrian to make a submarine mill for atomic submarines [Columbia type](https://defence24.pl/strong-arms/submarine-Columbia-stampia-type-ohio). The units are called "boomery", or future carriers of ballistic missiles.
