The date of entry into force of the order, according to which 2 previously open border crossing points for the traffic in Luhama and Koidula will only be open during the day, i.e. 7-19 hours, is besides symbolic – on 24 February, i.e. on the 4th anniversary of Russia's attack on Ukraine. However, officially, the Estonian authorities do not mention to this date.
