Protest of anti-communist opposition activists on 13 December at the Museum of Cursed Soldiers
date:19 December 2023 Editor: Anna

Ladies and gentlemen,
On 13 December 2023, a convention of the independency Formation was held in the walls of the erstwhile prison in Warsaw on Rakowiecka. It was on that day that anti-communist opposition activists, the political prisoners of the Polish People's Republic protested against entering into the 20th point of the coalition agreement the restoration of pension privileges to officials of the apparatus of repression against the Polish people. knowing the historical minute due to the fact that right now there is simply a government that signed this coalition.
We protest against the fulfilment of this commitment.

For years, we have been looking forward to even simple justice. Over the years, the executioners have been plentiful and wealth - proliferating, and the people who have taken up the fight against the commune have frequently died of starvation being pushed to the social margin.
In protest, we mention to the judgement of the Courts of Human Rights, which found no reason to reconstruct the pension rights of the bereaved as a consequence of the desubecation bill, the global court ruled that we do not gotta keep the privileged position of officers and our decision to deprive them of these rights is right.

It has just been 42 years since the martial law, and we are inactive facing an unaccounted for crime. They commit crimes on circumstantial people, but besides on the full nation, which is coerced, bribed, demoralized and broken.
On December 13, 1981, all people knew who and against whom they brought tanks into the streets. We knew who was with us and who was against us. Our hope was murdered and our freedom was taken. It's just a traitor and an occupation. Our triumph is bitter due to the fact that Poland inactive does not want to be a fair state and wants to reconstruct injustice.

The prisoners present in the courtroom were the first to sign the protest, including Rakowiecka prisoners.
We encourage all decent people who cannot accept this manifest injustice to support and advance this protest in the country and abroad.
The protest can besides be signed electronically:
