Protecting children from pornography. Act in the Fire of Criticism

The bill on the protection of children on the net has been widely criticised. Representatives of the Confederacy "Leviathan" and respective another institutions consider the current ideas of Digitization of the NRP as solutions that "disqualify" the bill.
