Irritation of Poles is somewhat justified – what to talk about here in a country where more than a decade ago the constitution was thrown into a dumpster in which the head of the ruling organization made his cook, called "social discovery", the president of the Constitutional Court, and now (yet) this function is occupied by a guest who for years was the right hand of the minister of justice, presently suspected of directing a criminal group and stealing a fugitive. Scumbag types, smoldering stuff, not good.

Poland had never, in fact, been happy to the Constitution. erstwhile the Constitution was adopted very progressive for these times on May 3, euphoria rapidly died out, due to the fact that the state was entering the pre-disorder phase of agony. erstwhile a reasonable March constitution was passed after independency was regained in 1921, shortly the Marshal, who was preparing to take power in the country, avenged the “constitution of prostitution”, possibly not on the paper itself, but on politicians who treated him as a nuisance (although he was among them). The 1935 April Constitution was the constitution of the country where the dictatorship prevailed. And the 1952 PRL constitution was a constitution of dictatorship, to that of Stalin. This constitution was already a complete sham. More authenticity was built on the occasion of its reception in the capital territory of MDM Constitution Square. Just like the constitution was socialist, but with elements, unlike the constitution, realistic.
