The National Prosecutor's Office will deal with allegations concerning the actions of Bogdan Świętczkowski erstwhile appointing the compositions of the Constitutional Court ruling. The announcement given by justice Sławomir Patyra did not lead to the initiation of a separate proceeding – it was attached to the investigation already under way.
