DRAFT fresh LAWS - FUEL APPENDIX

The ruling coalition, the legislature powerfully went to work on the draft fresh law on taxation of extraordinary profits of fuel companies. The trial ran expressively and in September the majority of the parliamentary bill passed. The fresh bill does not contain many crucial changes but replicates the same mistakes as the erstwhile 1 sent by the president to the TK.

I would remind, in particular, the voters of the ruling coalition who blame the president for having issued his opinion, employed by the Chancellery of the Sejm prof. Jacek A man who said that the erstwhile law was incompatible with the Constitution in 5 key areas.

5.Violation of the rule of citizens' trust in the state and correct legislation- Article 2 of the Constitution

Despite so many violations of the Constitution, Members and Members of the Sejm majority have raised their hands after the first and second legal bubles due to the fact that that was the want of the "director". The legislature in which the majority of the coalition has no problem will tap the proposal of the Sejm.In an urgent way they will hand over to the President, and the president will see what he does about it. And what the government will do, nothing due to the fact that there is no alternate thought to lower fuel prices.

One of the Left politicians in an interview with Virtual Poland officially admits "We'll be filing further windfall taxation laws, the president will be blocking, and we'll be saying advanced prices.On stations, you gotta thank Nawrock."

And in this way, the government's ineptness and deficiency of ideas for governance, not only in the substance but in many and8n cases is trying to incriminate the President.
