The WSA ruling will be presented as a threat to the functioning of Telewizja Republika or wPolsce 24, an attack on media freedom, etc. No, it has small to do with reality. The procedure for terminating the licence is long and complicated. I uncertainty that at the end of this road the licence will be withdrawn - says Prof. Tadeusz Kowalski, associate of the National Broadcasting Council.
