Prof. Safjan: The President's decisions should be controlled by the court. No unlimited prerogatives

Prof. Marek Safjan in an interview with OKO.press says the president cannot refuse to appoint judges. His decisions should control the NSA. It besides considers that the Neo-Judge Żurka Act is in line with the Constitution and the opinion of the Venice Commission.
