Author of the manual "History and the Present", Prof. Wojciech Roszkowski utilized unfortunate wording that should not be included in the manual, but his statements are within the freedom of expression – the court dismissed the suit in a celebrated process for protecting children's individual property from in vitro. Yet, thanks to the trial, 40 children were born!
