In Poland, there was a real change in the state system. We returned to the 19th century and live in constitutional dualism. The Constitutional Court is paralyzed and its judgments are of limited importance. The chaos in the strategy of law is deepening, and in any citizens it is possible to anticipate authoritarian power," says Prof. Piotr Tuleja.
