The transcription of the matrimony certificate, to which the judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Union C-713/23 requires neither a revision of the constitution nor even a statutory amendment, is convincing Prof. Ewa Łętowska, the justice of the NSA and the Constitutional Tribunal at rest.
