Donald Trump's announcements regarding raising tariffs on goods from all countries are causing quite a few controversy and questions about the long-term effects on the global economy. They are not liked by, among others, Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz, erstwhile deputy prime minister and president of the National Bank of Poland.
