Prof. Baecker: Putin cannot be a "militant hawk"

Expert on east affairs, Prof. Roman Baecker from the Nicolaus Copernicus University, assessed in an interview with PAP that Saturday's events in Kiev were a demonstration of Western unity. He pointed out that Russian president Vladimir Putin cannot be a "militant hawk" due to, among another things, the desire for peace among the majority of Russians.
