Prof. Baecker: Putin can't be a “wary hawk”

Expert on east Affairs Prof. Roman Baecker of the UMK assessed in an interview with PAP that Saturday events in Kiev were a demonstration of Western unity. He pointed out that Russia's president Vladimir Putin could not be "a warlike hawk" due, among others, to the desire for peace among most Russians.
