Former legislature Marshal Tomasz Grodzki lost the trial to Tomasz Sakiewicz - editor-in-chief of "Gazeta Polska" and president of tv Republika. The territory Court for Warsaw-Wola acquitted the writer of accusations of slander and insult, and transferred the costs of proceedings to the policy of the civilian Coalition.
