Problem "affects tens of millions of customers". Complaint to Brussels

The European Commission has received a complaint on hand baggage charges made by consumer organisations from 12 countries. In their view, 7 low-cost airlines infringe EU government by requesting additional charges for the carriage of standard-sized baggage.
