There are things that don't surprise me. For example, Rafał Trzaskowski appeared in Gdańsk and gave his golden thoughts there. However, there are things that inactive annoy me – for example, the fact that the portal gdansk.pl, financed by my (and your) taxes, is doing an election run to Trzaskowski. And so pushy that even Jerzy Urban would be impressed.
Trzaskowski came, said the apparent and went
On Saturday, Trzaskowski's visit to Port Gdańsk looked like a typical setup. He met with Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, they talked a little, nodded their heads and – of course – a fewer lofty sentences fell.
"The safety of Poland should be treated in a holistic way, in a very serious way," said the president of Warsaw.
It's just Copernicus's discovery. And so far, I thought national safety could be treated unfairly and selectively. I have a feeling those words will be written down in the past books.
Nothing concrete, no fresh initiative, no real plan. All generals and clichés that can be heard in any discussion panel at any university. But who cares if The goal was achieved – the authorities of Gdańsk could reject success and Trzaskowski got free promotion?

Gdansk.pl – propaganda tube, for my money he is campaigning for Trzaskowski
I don't anticipate miracles from the city news portal, but at least a small objectivity would require. And here? PRL in pure form. In relation to Trzaskovsky's visit, no shadow of distance, no sign of journalistic objectivity. Mr Sebastian Kupak, the author of the text, with specified ease outlined the communicative about the "candidacy for president of the Republic of Poland" that 1 might think that the elections had already taken place and the consequence is known.
At the same time Karol Nawrocki, president of the IPN and erstwhile manager of the planet War II Museum, is treated on this portal as persona non grata. Yes, Gdansk.pl sometimes mentions his name – but only on vacation and in 2 sentences on the cross.
Do you know how much it costs to keep this city propaganda newsletter? Almost PLN 6 million per year. Yeah, six million zlotys. For the fact that power can print its peans in its own honor and pump the image of politicians it supports.
Urban media – a private political building?
I have no illusions. portal gdansk.pl works like a organization buildingNot a psychic for all residents. If you are on the right side, you have free advertising there. If not, at most mention in the margin.
And here's the question: Do I – and another taxpayers – gotta pay for this? Should my money go to the propaganda of Trzaskowski and Dulkiewicz? due to the fact that I don't think I'm paying taxes in this town to fund the political run of 1 camp.
Well, any things don't change in Gdansk. But 1 thing I know for sure: erstwhile I see another text about the fact that the “candidacy for president of the Republic of Poland” came into town to say any empty phrases, it was I will apply for my share in these 6 million PLN. If they can, I'm entitled, too.
