Without Hans Werner Henze, it is hard to imagine the music of the 20th century. He felt that the composer needed a eraser to work and then a piano. His works caused controversy and scandals, sometimes even mixed up with riots involving police. He collaborated with Ingeborg Bachmann, together they wrote a number of works, including the opera “Prince of Homburg”, the latest staging of which was presented by the Opera in Frankfurt.
