Prime Video announces documentary series by Alexander Kwasniewski and his household (video)

Prime Video announced present that work is underway on another local own production – a fresh documentary series about 1 of the most recognizable families in Poland – erstwhile president Alexander Kwasniewski, first woman Jolanta Kwasniewska and their daughter Alexander. The series, told from 3 different individual perspectives, reveals intimate stories hidden behind the public image and shows how the Kwasniewski household tries to lead a average life, while the country viewed them not as husband and wife, parents and daughter, but as an institution. The paper produced by Watchout Studio, which does not yet have a title, will debut exclusively on Prime Video in early 2027.

Combining contemporary materials with never-shown private videos from the 1990s and 2000, as well as carefully selected public archives, the paper will offer a unique insight into Kwasniewski's private planet – a matrimony put to the test and assessment of the public opinion, a increasing daughter in the presidential palace, who seeks normality and a household trying to live a average life in different times. The series will bring together key experiences that shaped them both as individuals and a household surviving at the centre of public opinion.

The series will present the most crucial periods in Kwasniewski's life – from the years preceding the presidency of Alexander Kwasniewski (1989–1995), through his first and second word (1995–2000, 2000–2005), to his household life after the end of office. The viewers will relive the breakthrough moments of the Polish transformation seen through the eyes of people who experienced them together.

The fresh paper is produced by Watchout Studio, manufacturers are Isabella Kiszka and Krzysztof Terej (Gods, The Art of Love. past of Michalina Wisłocka, Kuła. 2 sides of the medal), and the manager is Kuba Mikurda (Solaris mon Amour, Escape to Silver Globe).
