Prime Minister to teachers: The Polish state owes you the word "I'm sorry"

"Perhaps I will surprise you, but I must begin our gathering with the word 'I'm sorry'," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the beginning of the XLIII National legislature of Delegates of the Polish Teachers' Union.
