The priest's killer won't go to jail. Case dismissed!

The Olsztyn territory Court made a decision that shook public opinion. Criminal proceedings against Simon K., a fishy in the brutal execution of a parish priest from St. Brother Albert's parish in Szczytno, were dismissed. The man who entered the rectory with a metallic hatchet and struck the clergyman with fatal blows will not be put in jail – alternatively he is to be placed in a closed intellectual institution.
