"I have warned publically many times... from the effects of the Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, lawyer General Adam Bodnar, of illegal personnel changes in the prosecution," we read at the outset.

"There is no uncertainty present that these actions correlated with the questioning of the composition and jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, the ultimate Court and the universal courts are in favour of the interests of the Republic of Poland and endanger the legal safety of citizens and respect for their rights and freedoms," the president believes.
