The president is complaining to the Constitutional Court of Waldemar Żurek's decree

President Karol Nawrocki asked the Constitutional Court on Tuesday to examine compliance with the Constitution of Minister Waldemar Żurek's regulation, which, among another things, changes the rules on the allocation of cases to judges. The National Judicial Council has previously lodged a complaint in this case.
