The territory Court in Piotrków Trybunalski dismissed the criminal case with the signature II K 737/25, related to a controversial entry and recording on social media published by Inez Z. on her Facebook page.

Click to enlarge.The gathering was held on 19 February 2026 under the leadership of SSR Agnieszka Zielińska and was conducted with the exception of transparency, preventing the content of the judgement from being made available. The Court of First Instance confirmed that the decision to quit was issued on 19 February 2026.
The case brought public attention to the allegations of Inez Z. towards his husband, president Piotrków Julius Wiernickiincluding night visits, intimidation and taking things out of the house. The entry and recording disappeared from her profile even before the meeting, and the proceedings ended without a substantive decision. Thus, the President's wife was not punished.
