President Karol Nawrocki appointed Bartosz Grodecki as the fresh head of the National safety Bureau. In justifying the decision, he stressed that Poland present needs to combine diplomatic experience and safety competences.
Nawrocki recalled that Grodecki has been working in state administration for almost 20 years, including the Ministry of abroad Affairs and the Ministry of abroad Affairs. As he pointed out, the fresh head of BBN was responsible, among others, for actions related to the crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border and evacuation of NATO's colleagues from Afghanistan.
He added that the fresh Head of BBN was critical of the solutions contained in the EU migration pact, which he stressed is in line with the position of the Presidential Palace.

Nawrocki besides thanked the erstwhile Head of BBN, Sławomir Cenckiewicz, for working for 9 months at the head of the Bureau.
